1. RETURNS
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

With original tags (if applicable)

In original packaging

With receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Returns must be approved before sending the product back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. RETURN PROCESS & ADDRESS
Once your return request is approved, we will share:

The return shipping address

Clear instructions for return shipment
⚠️ Do not return items to the address on the package unless instructed, as products may ship from supplier warehouses.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective item

The wrong product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos at mand.founder@gmail.com.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:

Place a new order once the return is approved
6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, regardless of the 5-day policy.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Processing time: up to 10 business days

Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For COD orders:

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Customers must provide accurate bank details

Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for future orders
