All orders are processed within 24β48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Martivo operates on a dropshipping model, which means products are shipped directly from our verified third-party suppliers and logistics partners.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details (where available).
2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Martivo reserves the right to cancel COD orders for unverified or high-risk addresses
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders marked as delivered to the provided address
Orders returned due to address issues may not be eligible for refunds.
7. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Martivo is not liable for:

Packages delayed by courier partners

Packages marked as βDeliveredβ by the carrier but not received
However, we will assist you in raising a courier investigation where applicable.
8. DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging
Resolution will be provided as per our Refund Policy.
9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
10. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
